Professional experience
Before starting practice as Attorney-at-Law, Ivan Marchev, has worked as an assistant of bailiff Yordan Tsenov – reg.No 784 SCC and as a consultant at KOS Bulgaria OOD (a real estate property management company).
From March 2023 he is the Chairman of the Association of Condominium Ownership Management Companies (ADUES).
In recent years, his practice has focused on civil, commercial and labour law, and he has assisted in the resolution of a number of cases in the field of condominium management, debt collection, enforcement law, property law and others.
